Microtek is a microelectronics assembly company located in San Diego, CA since 2015.  We are structured to provide a wide range of design, engineering and manufacturing solutions while offering a technical bridge from R&D through to full scale production. We work at the bare chip level while integrating microelectronic, bio science or therapeutics to provide highly miniaturized applications. By working in close collaboration with our clients and under the ISO: 13485 standards, we provide advanced assembly services such as Wire bonding, Flip chip, Stud bumping, Die attach and SMT mounting in our certified Class 7 clean room.
