We are designing an IC that has mems inside in addition to our .13u IC.

Can we test the mems on a regular ATE (94K or J750)?

Hi Boby,

It depends on what you want to test on the ATE, and in order to fully answer your question, you need to provide the test plan for this device.
Depending on the MEMS type, there are some mechanical tests that need to be done, and for that you will need a special handler.
