Australia
RADLogic is an independent Australian IC design company with over 25 years experience in designing complex analog, digital, mixed signal and high voltage ICs for customers throughout Australia, UK, Europe, USA, Asia and South America.
Applications include RFID, signal processing, industrial control and consumer products, implantable class III medical devices as well as portable battery-operated products and power management applications.
RADLogic offers a full range of design and support services, either in house or on site, from product specification, architecture definition and HDL modelling, through to analog design and the back end tasks of place and route, GDSII layout generation and verification. RADLogic can provide assistance and support for all phases of a development, including liaison with manufacturers, test development and product validation.
Whether our customer is a large corporation or a small start-up, we aim to work in partnership with them to turn their innovations into silicon. Our competitive pricing and quick response time has led to many long term relationships with customers.
Services include:
Customer confidentiality is often important to our customers and is of paramount importance to us.
With time to market being of critical importance RADLogic has developed and has vast experience with a range of semiconductor IP’s/ products which can be incorporated into a custom IC design or licensed/purchased to be incorporated into customers’ own designs.
RAMs and Non-Volatile Memories
RADLogic has been designing RFID products for customers for over 20 years. We offer for license:
We can also develop protocol engines and AFEs for other standards and custom applications as desired.
With many years of experience in this field we have developed techniques for rapid and efficient development of RFID designs.
RADLogic has experience with many of the leading design tool suites. We hire time based-licenses for Synopsys and Cadence tools on an as needed basis (e.g., as per customer requirements), have licenses for key Mentor Graphics tools, as well as a number of PC based tools, and we have also developed some of our own in-house design tools. We have experience with the following tool suites:
RADLogic is able to target a foundry of the customer’s choice or can suggest a suitable foundry based on application requirements.
We have experience with a wide range of technologies, from 55nm CMOS processes through to 0.6um BiCMOS processes. We are very familiar with 130nm and 180nm CMOS technologies, including processes with analog features such as high voltage devices, double poly, MIM and Metal finger capacitors, bipolar devices, native devices, triple well, LDMOS, DMOS, high valued resistors, EEPROM, OTP, FRAM, LCOS, optical devices, and more.
As well as performing IC design work, RADLogic’s staff also have the skills required to design board level and system level products.
We have expertise in designing Bluetooth-controlled equipment, which we see as a fundamental building block for the Internet of Things (IoT).
We have developed phone and tablet based applications for controlling and sensing from such equipment.
At the other end of the spectrum, RADLogic’s IDIoT™ technology provides a low cost solution to providing a machine readable ID to almost any object.
