Its capabilities span the complete VLSI engineering lifecycle, including architecture, RTL design, verification and validation, FPGA prototyping, ASIC implementation, silicon bring-up, and post-silicon engineering. In embedded systems, VConneTech delivers system architecture, hardware enablement, firmware development, connectivity, testing, and product integration. Its Edge AI expertise includes model optimization, real-time inference, computer vision, sensor fusion, and intelligent system deployment.
Serving industries such as semiconductors, automotive, consumer electronics, industrial automation, and intelligent systems, VConneTech offers flexible engagement models, including turnkey projects, engineering staffing, Build-Operate-Transfer, and strategic co-development. With a focus on technical excellence, cross-domain integration, and outcome-driven execution, the company partners with clients to accelerate innovation, reduce development cycles, and deliver dependable engineering solutions for real-world applications.
FPGA prototyping lets your software, firmware and validation teams start work months before silicon is available. VConnecTech builds and maintains FPGA-based prototypes of SoC, ASIC and IP designs so that pre-silicon software development, hardware/software co-validation and early system testing can run in parallel with RTL design.
Our engineers take RTL from your design team and port it onto FPGA prototyping platforms: partitioning the design, replacing ASIC-specific memories, clocks and analog blocks with FPGA-friendly equivalents, writing constraints and closing timing, and integrating the prototype with daughter cards, PHYs and lab equipment. We also develop custom RTL in Verilog, SystemVerilog and VHDL for FPGA-based products and test fixtures, including AXI/AMBA subsystems, interface controllers and hardware accelerators.
What we deliver:
Engagements can be a dedicated prototyping team embedded in your program or a fixed-scope prototype build. Typical customers are semiconductor companies that need software-ready hardware platforms early, and electronics OEMs building FPGA-based products. We also maintain and update prototypes as RTL evolves through each design drop.
VConnecTech provides pre-silicon and post-silicon validation engineers who plug into your validation program and help you reach production-quality silicon faster.
Pre-silicon, our teams validate designs on FPGA prototype platforms: building test plans from architecture and IP specifications, writing test content in C and Python, validating IP and SoC features, and running regressions that catch functional issues before tape-out.
Post-silicon, we support first-silicon bring-up and validation in the lab: board and silicon bring-up, boot and power-on sequencing, register-level and functional validation of IP blocks, validation of high-speed and low-speed interfaces, debug with JTAG, oscilloscopes and logic analyzers, and failure triage with design teams. We build validation frameworks and lab automation that turn manual bench work into repeatable regression suites, and document results so every issue is reproducible and traceable through sign-off.
What we deliver:
Our validation engineers work offshore from Hyderabad and onsite with customer teams, and scale up around tape-out and first-silicon milestones, ramping quickly onto your existing tools, processes and lab setups.
Silicon needs software before it can ship. VConnecTech’s embedded software teams develop the firmware, board support packages and device drivers that make new SoCs, microcontrollers and boards usable by your customers. We cover the stack from boot and low-level initialization up to the interfaces your application developers use.
We work on bare-metal and RTOS firmware for ARM-based microcontrollers and SoCs, bootloaders, BSPs and device drivers for embedded Linux and RTOS platforms, and peripheral drivers for interfaces such as I2C, SPI, UART, USB, PCIe and Ethernet. Our connectivity engineers develop and integrate Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) drivers, stacks and firmware, including protocol bring-up, interoperability testing and power optimization. For automotive customers we provide AUTOSAR software development and integration, including basic software (BSW) and MCAL configuration and CAN communication stacks.
What we deliver:
Because our firmware engineers sit alongside our FPGA and validation teams, driver and BSP development can start on FPGA prototypes before silicon arrives and carry through post-silicon bring-up to production release.
VConnecTech’s hardware team designs and brings up the boards that silicon runs on, from evaluation and validation boards for semiconductor companies to production boards for electronics products. Every board is designed with test points, debug access and bring-up in mind.
Our engineers handle schematic design, component selection, multi-layer PCB layout, design reviews, and coordination with fabrication and assembly partners. We design FPGA- and SoC-based boards, validation and characterization boards, daughter cards and interface adapters for prototyping platforms, and carrier boards for edge AI and embedded computing modules. When boards come back, we take them through bring-up: power rail checks, clock and reset verification, interface bring-up, hardware debug, and handover to firmware and validation teams.
What we deliver:
Hardware design sits next to our FPGA, firmware and validation teams, so board decisions are made with bring-up and software in mind. That shortens the loop between first boards and a working system, and gives customers one partner from board design through validated hardware.
Beyond engineering services, VConnecTech builds complete systems. Our system integration and product development teams combine silicon, boards, firmware and application software into working products for edge AI, video and sensing applications.
Our product areas include smart cameras and network video recorders (NVR), sensor modules, edge computing devices, drones and robotics platforms. For customers, we take a product from requirements through architecture, hardware and software design, prototyping and integration, to validated units ready for pilot deployment. We follow a structured stage-gate development process, with defined requirements, design reviews and gate approvals, so customers have clear visibility of scope, risk and readiness at every stage. Existing VConnecTech platforms can be customized, which shortens the time to a working prototype.
What we deliver:
For semiconductor companies, this system-level experience means we understand how silicon behaves in real products, which makes our validation and reference design work more relevant. For OEMs and system builders, it means one partner that can deliver across silicon, board, firmware and system.
