All critical network services—such as DHCP, DNS, and NTP—can be hosted directly on the device, enabling fully local operation.
The software is fully optimized for tag and locator hardware, ensuring maximum performance and compatibility across all components. Combined with our proprietary algorithms, this allows the system to achieve cm-level 3D positioning accuracy even in complex indoor environments. All system modules run as Docker containers, enabling modularity, simplified updates, and future extensibility.
CoreHW offers industry-leading RTLS system security with an integrated Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). Every tag, locator, and CoreRTLS instance is provisioned with unique identity certificates, and firmware images are digitally signed to verify authenticity. End-to-end encryption, secure onboarding, signed updates, and role-based access control all ensure that system-wide trust is enforced from device manufacturing to deployment.
CoreRTLS software also supports MQTT and Kafka data streaming. Customers can build applications such as health monitoring, geofencing, and lifecycle management on top of CoreRTLS using our defined software APIs. Cloud support was not included in the roadmap, but future releases may include it. Edge/on-premises deployment will be the default delivery model.
Q6. How does CoreHW address challenges such as accuracy, power consumption, and scalability in its RTLS solutions?
For accuracy, we use CoreHW-patented antenna technology in our tags and a custom engineered multi-antenna design in our locators—developed over several years—to deliver cm-level real-time precision.
