Job Description:
Amazon Leo is seeking an ASIC Engineer to join its low Earth orbit satellite network team, dedicated to providing reliable internet connectivity to underserved areas. This full-time position involves working in an office environment, Monday to Friday, with potential for international travel. Candidates must meet U.S. export control requirements and will be considered for various locations across the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in logic design, verification, and post-silicon validation for Amazon's custom silicon solutions.
- Collaborate with physical design teams to meet performance and area specifications.
- Understand end customer requirements, including software applications and system architecture.
- Develop and execute design automation mechanisms and flows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging technical systems or software engineering skills through internships or competitions.
- Proficiency in RTL coding and debugging, performance, power, and area analysis.
- Experience in C/C++ and System Verilog coding.
- Familiarity with modern ASIC/FPGA design and verification tools.
