Job Description:

Talent 101 Inc is an Engineering and IT services provider specializing in solutions for various industries including Semiconductor, Automotive, Electronics, Energy, Telecom, and Defense. We are currently seeking a Sr. Design Verification Engineer to join our team in Tucson, AZ, focusing on projects for our Defense Client.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop verification plans and test cases for SOC ASICs.
  • Conduct test case debugging and coverage analysis.
  • Report metrics and status updates on verification progress.
  • Utilize directed random test generators and develop device drivers and system applications.
  • Analyze code, functional, and assertion coverage to draw conclusions.
  • Create coverage-driven, pseudo-random test strategies and plans at both module and chip levels.
  • Document validation reports and verification hand-offs.
  • Validate and debug devices through test case development on bench setups (emulators).
  • Define experiments to identify root causes of issues.
  • Manage all test software necessary for SOC ASIC verification.
  • Integrate new designs into hardware emulators as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in design verification, particularly in SOC ASICs.
  • Familiarity with hardware emulation and test case development.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in verification methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with directed random test generation and coverage analysis.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
