Principal Analog IC Design Engineer

The company is currently seeking a Principal Analog IC Design Engineer for its Automated Test Equipment (ATE) group in Wilmington, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Design high accuracy Device Power Supply and V/I circuits for IC Testers.
• Conduct system level design and simulation of complex high accuracy/high voltage analog/mixed-signal ICs.
• Perform transistor level design and simulation of high accuracy/high voltage analog/mixed-signal ICs.
• Oversee the transition from transistor level to die level Analog Layout.
• Troubleshoot complex integrated circuits in the lab.
• Collaborate with Applications, Product, and Test Engineers to bring products from conception to release.
• Provide application support to customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with 10+ years of Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design experience.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) and experience in high accuracy feedback circuits preferred.
• Understanding of semiconductor device physics and processing.
• Experience with IC product life cycles.
• Ability to work with large multi-disciplined teams.
• Familiarity with lab equipment.
