Job Description:

The company is currently seeking a Principal Analog IC Design Engineer for its Automated Test Equipment (ATE) group in Wilmington, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Design high accuracy Device Power Supply and V/I circuits for IC Testers.
- Conduct system level design and simulation of complex high accuracy/high voltage analog/mixed-signal ICs.
- Perform transistor level design and simulation of high accuracy/high voltage analog/mixed-signal ICs.
- Oversee the transition from transistor level to die level Analog Layout.
- Troubleshoot complex integrated circuits in the lab.
- Collaborate with Applications, Product, and Test Engineers to bring products from conception to release.
- Provide application support to customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with 10+ years of Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design experience.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) and experience in high accuracy feedback circuits preferred.
- Understanding of semiconductor device physics and processing.
- Experience with IC product life cycles.
- Ability to work with large multi-disciplined teams.
- Familiarity with lab equipment.
