Staff Analog IC Design Engineer

Skyworks is seeking a motivated analog designer to join its IP development team, focusing on designing analog IP blocks for RF products used in cellphones. The role offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities for global collaboration and creative contributions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop analog IP block designs to meet product design teams’ requirements, including documentation and integration guides.
• Update existing IP block designs to serve the needs of various design teams.
• Lead the qualification and testing of one-time programmable (OTP) memory IP.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in designing analog IP blocks such as OTP fuse block, Bandgap, ADC, DAC, temperature sensor, LDO, and TIA designs.
• MS/PHD in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
• Track record of designs that resulted in high-volume manufacturing.
• Layout floor planning and design experience.

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Virtuoso design environment from schematic capture to GDSII.
• Hands-on experience using analog lab equipment.
• Ability to use Jira for project management.
