LEADING ASIC SUPPLIER ICSENSE ACHIEVES RECORD REVENUE

ICsense, recognized as Europe’s leading IC design company, concluded its financial year on March 31st with remarkable success. ICsense recorded a revenue exceeding for the first time the 20 MEuro mark and achieving double-digit operational profit figures. This exceptional performance is attributed to excellence in project execution and the swift growth of recurring revenue from ASIC (Application Specific IC) sales.

In response to this sustained growth, the ICsense team has expanded its workforce significantly, with nearly 120 employees now operating across its offices in Leuven and Ghent, Belgium.

As part of its strategic growth plan, ICsense has made substantial investments in enhancing its in-house production testing (ATE – Automated Test Equipment) capabilities—a trend that will continue in the coming years. “We have doubled our testing facilities to accommodate additional ATE testers and production handlers, enabling us to advance in-house test development and production. This expansion will further bolster our recurring revenue,” explained Bram De Muer, CEO of ICsense. “With the synergy of our in-house testing capabilities and long-term partnerships, we are well-equipped to supply ASICs at scales ranging from a few batches per year to over 100 million units annually.”

Looking ahead, ICsense is also preparing for future expansion by enlarging its office space, ensuring ample capacity for growing resources in IC design, product engineering and production testing. The company’s secured recurring revenue streams and recent ASIC design wins with prominent medical and automotive clients have laid a solid foundation for sustained growth in the coming years.

This milestone reflects ICsense’s unwavering commitment to innovation, quality, and meeting the dynamic demands of its industry.
