Our in-house experts have decades of experience in design, layout, testing and manufacturing. Our product development takes into account Design for Test (DfT) and Design for Manufacturability (DfM) from the initial specification, so that production costs can be minimized through intelligent test strategies.

Green Mountain Semiconductor has been deeply rooted in leading edge DRAM product development from the beginning, from standard commodity and low power products to specialty requirements for IoT and automotive. We also have significant expertise in SRAM and non-volatile emerging memories for leading edge technology nodes. Green Mountain Semiconductor’s test engineers have decades of experience in bringing products to market, from early prototypes to qualified high volume product shipment. Many of our products have been developed alongside a new or emerging technology, where the design is also used to give important feedback to the technology development team. We utilize actual products as well as special test macros for insight to the strength and weaknesses of a technology platform, and assess improvements to both design and technology in order to maximize yield, performance and productivity.
