With over ten years of research and development, five years of successful delivery to customers and 18 patents, Movellus creates IPs such as PLL, DLL, ADC, etc. using ASIC standard cells, synthesis and APR tools. All Movellus products can be customized to best fit customer designs in a matter of weeks. They typically exceed specs of hand-crafted analog IPs and enjoy all the benefits of digital circuits such as SCAN and process portability.

 

Movellus IPs are the only ones that are customized per design without the wait time and price of a custom IP. Movellus customers include semiconductor and systems companies in AI, networking, aerospace, and FPGA markets.

Custom IP

Movellus’ silicon proven, easily customizable PLLs and DLLs elegantly exploit the continuum of performance vs. area and power. Ranging from ultra-low power designs running at less than 10kHz for edge AI applications to beyond 10GHz with sub-picosecond jitter for multi-core processors.

Rather than architecting your SOC around available components, which most likely are not optimized for your design, let us optimize one to meet your exact specifications.

DLL

  • Low Voltage Operation – Movellus DLLs can work under low voltage supplies, and do not require specialized analog voltages.
  • Quick Customization – Movellus DLLs can be customized in a matter of hours to meet different frequency/delay specifications.
  • Configuration & Control – Our DLLs can be programmed through a parallel bus or a serial bus (e.g. AMBA). Lock status bit available.
  • Process Portable –  Movellus DLLs are portable across any process node which eliminates significant redesign, and integration overhead.

ADC

Movellus’ low-power Analog to Digital Converters (ADC) are a robust solution combining ultra-compact area, low power and accurate voltage conversion in a product that is suitable for many low-power applications, such as IoT, in-memory compute and sensor interfacing. Simple operation enables easy integration into a variety of system architectures.
