The PandA Europe consultancy was established in 1998 to service the Semiconductor Packaging and Assembly markets by providing independent technical and market development support.  This involves design, development and sourcing of package and interconnect technologies to suit a wide range of applications from single chip to system modules in consumer, industrial, automotive, medical and other high reliability markets.
