ASIC Test Engineer

Micron Technology is a leading innovator in memory and storage solutions, seeking a passionate Test Engineer to develop advanced test solutions for HBM-DRAM and ASIC devices. This role involves creating and implementing test plans, ATE test programs, and supporting high-volume production.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement test plans and ATE test programs for HBM-DRAM and ASIC devices.
• Conduct silicon validation and product characterization.
• Support multi-site hardware development and high-volume production.
• Evolve testing methodologies and apply modern technologies for effective testing solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• 7+ years of proven experience in a Test Engineering role.

Skills:

• Excellent programming skills in C/C++ and/or JAVA.
• Proficiency with Advantest V93K ATE platforms and other logic device ATE testers.
• Expertise in test strategy development and DFT pattern implementation.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and lab test equipment.
• Experience with data analysis software like JMP.
