GPU Implementation Engineer

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a GPU Engineer to join its Engineering Group, specifically within GPU ASICS Engineering. The role involves architecting, designing, implementing, verifying, and optimizing GPU cores to enhance performance and power efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and contribute to next-generation technology innovations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the architecture, design, implementation, verification, and optimization of GPU cores.
• Build functional model simulations and develop software for graphics testing.
• Program and run graphics tests to assess functionality, performance, and power.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Assist in developing driver and compiler software for GPU products.
• Write technical documentation and feature descriptions for GPU projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree or PhD in a related field preferred.
• 1+ year of relevant GPU experience.
• 1+ year of experience in Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or Systems Engineering.
