Non-Volatile Memory Circuit Design Engineer

IC Enable, a leader in design IP and IC products for over 20 years, is seeking an experienced Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) Circuit Design Engineer. This role is pivotal as we continue to innovate in the Semiconductor, Medical, and Defense industries, focusing on high reliability and complex fabrication processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom NVM circuits and IP macros, including ReRAM, MRAM, and Flash technologies.
• Conduct chip-level architecture and simulation for NVM designs.
• Create and present design reviews and test/characterization plans.
• Utilize Cadence/Synopsys design flow for circuit design and verification.
• Support post-silicon efforts to enable productization.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in NVM circuit design and architecture.
• BSEE/MSEE in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in integrated circuit design and development.

Skills:

• Expertise in sense amp, write circuit, decoder, ATD, self-time sensing, charge pump, and redundancy design.
• Strong programming skills in PERL, Python, SKIL, and TCL.
• Understanding of DFM and DFMEA for design risk mitigation and yield enhancement.
• Familiarity with digital and analog/mixed signal design, with RF experience preferred.
• Strong communication, debugging, and analytical skills.
