Job Description:
Join the AWS Board Core Design & Services team as a hardware engineer, where you will lead the development of next-generation server components, including motherboards and programmable hardware. This role involves collaborating with a diverse team to innovate and enhance server technology, ensuring a world-class customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own the architecture and development of server components.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design, develop, validate, and launch hardware at scale.
- Lead the application of new technologies to improve server performance, quality, and cost.
- Monitor and enhance hardware reliability in data centers and platforms.
- Develop solutions to complex hardware challenges while considering customer needs.
