Job Description:

Join Intel's Networking Solutions Group (NSG) as part of the Customer Experience Support (CES) organization, where you will work with a dedicated team of engineers to develop next-generation Infrastructure Processing Units (IPUs). This role involves collaborating with major cloud service providers to deliver customized IPU solutions that enhance security, performance, and system management.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Intel Ethernet products, aiding customers in design quality and accelerating time to market.
  • Deliver board/platform bring-up, validation, debugging, and issue resolution for IPU hardware across all development phases.
  • Evaluate and develop new tools/software to enhance debugging and improve product quality and performance.
  • Create application notes, user guides, and technical documents to facilitate customer adoption of Intel products.
  • Analyze customer designs and feedback to inform engineering and planning teams for product development.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and program management to integrate customer requirements and ensure product health.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field with 4+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in hardware design, board-level debugging, and testing on Intel or ARM architectures.
  • 2+ years of experience with modern computer networking architectures and protocols.
  • Experience in a lab environment with tools like oscilloscopes and multimeters.
  • Familiarity with schematics and layout files.
  • Proficiency in programming and scripting (e.g., Python).

Skills:

  • Experience enabling new products directly with customers.
  • System-level debugging across hardware, firmware, and software.
  • Knowledge of Ethernet products for Enterprise and Data Center.
  • Understanding of operating systems, firmware, BIOS, and device drivers.
  • Experience with scaled datacenter workloads and network administration.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
