SPX Technologies is seeking a Tech Support Specialist for its Electric Heat business, a leader in electric heating and ventilation solutions. In this role, you will provide essential technical and field support for products under the INDEECO, Heatrex, and AccuTherm brands. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing product issues, coordinating repairs, and resolving warranty and RMA concerns, all while ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and product quality. You will engage with customers, vendors, and internal teams to address a variety of technical inquiries, deliver exceptional service, and facilitate product start-ups and troubleshooting in the field. Additionally, you will support electronic control design and collaborate with engineering teams on PCB development.
