Over the years, ICsense has gained a strong reputation in state-of-the-art ASIC developments. ICsense works for major brands in the consumer, medical, automotive and industrial market and developed over 150 chips over the last 2 decades. The 2017 acquisition by TDK not only strengthened ICsense’s capabilities, but also enabled the company to consolidate its strategic position within TDK, while continuing to serve a growing customer base beyond TDK.
The company made some remarkable steps the last few years, further strengthening its position as a leading ASIC supplier. Bram explains; “We opened our second design centre in Ghent in 2022 and we strongly invested in on-site ATE (Automated Test Equipment) to tighten the link between IC design and mass production test development. ICsense has extended the ATE capacity with in-house wafer-probing previous year.”
