Mumbai / Noida, India – February 18, 2026 – Vervesemi Microelectronics, a fabless semiconductor company specializing in high-performance analog and mixed-signal solutions, today announced the successful close of a $10 million Series A funding round. The round was co-led by veteran investor Ashish Kacholia and Unicorn India Ventures, with participation from Roots Ventures, Caperize Fina, MAIQ Growth Scheme, and several high-net-worth individuals. The round was oversubscribed multiple times, reflecting strong investor confidence in Vervesemi’s technology and market potential.

Founded in 2017 by Rakesh Malik (Co-founder & CEO) and Pratap Narayan Singh (Co-founder & CTO), Vervesemi focuses on machine learning–enabled analog signal chain architectures designed to improve reliability, yield, and system-level performance in mission-critical applications.

Funding to Drive Commercial Scale and Global Reach

The newly raised capital will be deployed to:

  • Accelerate commercialization of Vervesemi’s ML-enhanced analog signal chain IC portfolio
  • Advance silicon chips into production and qualification
  • Expand the company’s IP portfolio and strengthen R&D capabilities
  • Scale global go-to-market operations across India, Asia, the United States, and other key semiconductor markets

Rakesh Malik, Co-founder and CEO, said:

“This funding marks a significant transition from technology validation to large-scale commercial deployment. We are now focused on accelerating production design wins and building sustainable revenue streams.”

Pratap Narayan Singh, Co-founder and CTO, added:

“The capital will enable faster product tape-outs, deeper customer engagements, and stronger global go-to-market execution as we expand our presence in strategic semiconductor markets.”

Validated Silicon and Growing Customer Engagement

Vervesemi has validated its proprietary ML-enabled analog architecture in silicon, with multiple customers entering production. The company reports early design commitments across industrial automation, smart energy, motor control, space, defense, and avionics sectors.

To date, Vervesemi has:

  • Developed over 140 semiconductor IP blocks
  • Launched 25 IC product variants
  • Secured 10 patents and 5 trade secrets

Its solutions target applications requiring high precision, fault tolerance, and reliability under demanding conditions.

Expanding Product Portfolio

The company recently introduced:

  • A motor control product line for electric vehicles, drones, and industrial automation
  • Advanced bridge sensor interface chips for precision measurement systems
  • An avionics-grade multi-function controller platform for aerospace and defense

These products integrate precision sensing, intelligent control, and enhanced fault detection to deliver improved efficiency, safety, and system-level performance.

Strategic Ecosystem Partnerships

Vervesemi has strengthened partnerships with fabrication, packaging, and testing providers to enable scalable production and faster silicon validation cycles. The company is also an IP alliance partner within the Samsung Advanced Foundry Ecosystem (SAFE) and a UMC IP alliance partner, reinforcing its position within the global semiconductor ecosystem.

Team Expansion and Next Phase of Growth

Over the coming year, Vervesemi plans to expand its analog design, mixed-signal, firmware, and applications engineering teams. The company’s immediate priorities include securing production design wins, scaling manufacturing, and establishing early recurring revenue streams.

Ashish Kacholia highlighted the founding team’s multinational experience and customer traction—including engagement with a major space organization—as key factors behind the investment decision. Unicorn India Ventures noted that the funding aligns with the broader maturation of India’s deep-tech and semiconductor ecosystem.
