how many dies can one get from GloFo shuttle run, 55nm node?
the default is 50 dies per MPW run for all GloFo process nodes, however, you can order more dies and also skewed dies.
I believe in TSMC MPW runs you can get 100 dies, but I am not sure, can someone confirm that?
