Mask set Price and chip area price of 65-nm 130-nm Global Foundry (GF) CMOS
Dear Sir/Madam,
Could you please advise me the mask set price of 65-nm and 130-nm Global Foundry CMOS?
Also, what is their price per 1 mm^2 area?
Actually, we are considering which of these two technologies nodes is better for our low-frequency mixed-signal designs which includes DAC, ADC, Amplifier and Digital blocks. Low cost is our top criteria.
