Mask set Price and chip area price of 65-nm 130-nm Global Foundry (GF) CMOS

Dear Sir/Madam,
Could you please advise me the mask set price of 65-nm and 130-nm Global Foundry CMOS?
Also, what is their price per 1 mm^2 area?
Actually, we are considering which of these two technologies nodes is better for our low-frequency mixed-signal designs which includes DAC, ADC, Amplifier and Digital blocks. Low cost is our top criteria.

what is the wafer volume? if the volume is low its better to use GF low volume partner.

you better contact GF directly or one of the channel partners…if you look at the top menu at AnySilicon’s page seems you can send your RFQ directly to relevant vendors, they will get back to your with the prices..worth trying JJ
