What is the best moment in your day?

The best moments in my day are the one-on-one times with customers, partners, suppliers, and employees.

How do you keep yourself energized and engaged during the day?

One of the most important things I have learned during my professional career is that I perform the best when I am happy. If I am happy then I am more productive, I am better at answering support, and I find it easier to stay focused. Throughout the day, I regularly help and mentor others, and consistently take-on new challenges.

What is your preferred lunch discussion topic?

As I am normally fully engaged during the day in the challenges at hand, I normally disengage during lunch and seek renewal. A simple walk prompts reflection and relaxation.

How do you spend your time outside working hours?

Most of my time outside working hours is devoted to building authentic relationships with family members and friends. I value real, face-to-face connections and deep, meaningful conversations with a colleague, friend, or mentor.
