Job Description:

Join Texas Instruments as a Digital IC Design Engineer and be part of the Career Accelerator Program (CAP) designed to fast-track your professional development. This role involves architecting innovative TI products, focusing on digital circuit design, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet performance and cost requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect new TI products and translate customer visions into reality.
  • Define, design, model, and verify digital circuits to meet performance, power, cost, and schedule requirements.
  • Develop the world's first 64-bit DSP processor and related systems, including ARM processors.
  • Collaborate with business teams and system engineering to create design specifications.
  • Conduct high-level analysis on chip architecture trade-offs for compliance and performance.
  • Participate in design reviews and create necessary documentation.
  • Supervise IC layouts to maintain high-performance standards.
  • Characterize prototypes and develop test specifications in coordination with engineering teams.
  • Drive behavioral models.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
