Job Description:
Texas Instruments is seeking a skilled Designer to join our engineering team, focusing on the development and modification of analog and mixed signal electronic components. This role involves collaboration with R&D and demand creation teams to create specifications, oversee schematic implementation, and support silicon validation and mass production processes.
Responsibilities:
- Define, develop, and modify analog and mixed signal electronic parts and integrated circuitry.
- Collaborate with design, layout, systems, verification, validation, test, and program management teams.
- Create block level specifications for designs and manage schematic generation and simulation.
- Conduct tests and analyze data to ensure optimal methods for specifications and reliability requirements.
- Supervise layout and oversee the tape-out process to the fab.
- Support silicon validation, testing, qualification for reliability, and ramp to mass production.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant analog design experience.
- Experience in designing power modules (regulators, LDOs, charge pumps) or high-speed modules (transceivers, PLLs, oscillators) is preferred.
- Knowledge of device physics and process technology trade-offs.
- System-level understanding and ability to translate requirements to IC specifications.
