This role requires a basic understanding of IPC-A-610 standards and the ability to read assembly drawings to meet customer specifications. You will identify and verify the orientation, polarity, and values of thru-hole components, ensuring accurate placement on printed circuit boards. Familiarity with hand tools and assembly equipment is essential, and we provide training for the right candidate. Our work schedule allows for early Fridays, with hours from 6:00 am to 3:15 pm Monday through Thursday and 6:00 am to noon on Fridays.
