Candidates should possess a strong background in DFT, including experience with Analog DFT, MBIST, and IEEE1687. Proficiency in simulation tools and scripting languages is essential, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering with 15+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 13+ years, is required.
