Your role will involve performing detailed hardware and circuit failure analysis to identify root causes at the component level, supporting corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement within the ESSN Server Products portfolio. To succeed in this position, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in debugging complex hardware issues, familiarity with server technologies, and strong analytical skills are essential. You will also be responsible for collaborating with various engineering disciplines, facilitating special capture programs, and enhancing product quality through effective communication and best practices implementation.
