Job Description:

Marvell is seeking a motivated Senior Staff ASIC Product Engineer to join its dynamic product engineering team. This role involves working on advanced semiconductor technologies and collaborating with various teams to develop and maintain product test solutions for complex ASIC products. The position offers significant growth potential and the opportunity to impact the industry through innovative technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with design, process, DFM/DFT, and test teams.
  • Lead debug and characterization of new ASIC product tests and IPs.
  • Develop test strategies and plans for advanced ASICs.
  • Analyze volume data and trends to solve yield and test problems.
  • Optimize production test screen specifications for quality and efficiency.
  • Support RMA testing and customer-facing teams during escalations.
  • Define yield and manufacturing specifications for test insertions.
  • Optimize test flow and reduce test time.
  • Enhance yield and test methodologies with design and DFT/DFM groups.
  • Play a key role in new product qualification and package/fab qualifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with 5-10 years of experience, or a Master’s/PhD with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Experience in ATE testing on Advantest Ultraflex, Teradyne, or similar systems.
  • Strong background in test methodology development, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
  • Mixed Signal testing experience is a plus.
