ASIC Engineer 4

Micron Technology is seeking a skilled engineer to design, analyze, and implement digital circuits for memory products. This role involves collaboration with global design and verification teams to optimize manufacturing functions, ensuring high quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. The position also includes contributions to new product development and managing the layout process for chip design.

Responsibilities:

• Design, analyze, and implement digital circuits for memory products.
• Collaborate with design and verification teams globally to optimize manufacturing functions.
• Contribute to new product opportunities through design, layout, and optimization of circuits.
• Provide chip floor-planning, physical design, IP integration, and static timing analysis.
• Implement and manage the layout process including floor-planning, placement, routing, and physical verification.
• Drive innovation in future memory generations within a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in ASIC engineering or related occupation.

• Custom flow support (Tcl based)
• Experience with Cadence tools: Innovus and Tempus
• Optimization of memory, logic, and analog circuits
