Job Description:

Join our Silicon Engineering group to transform innovative ideas into reality by focusing on SOC power optimization automation, power modeling, and simulation. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance SOC power efficiency and improve methodologies for power analysis and optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive automation for SOC power optimization.
  • Collaborate with SOC power team members to automate power analysis and optimization tasks.
  • Explore new methodologies to analyze power data and create metrics for optimization opportunities.
  • Implement machine learning approaches for SOC power optimization, including training data preparation and research on ML-based solutions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deploy power optimization automation and review results to enhance efficiency and runtime.

Qualifications:

  • MSEE preferred.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant industry experience.

Skills:

  • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and programming.
  • Proficiency in scripting with Python.
  • Knowledge of ASIC power analysis and optimization.
  • Understanding of SOC design flow and methodology.
  • Familiarity with Verilog and System Verilog.
  • Knowledge of computer architecture, logic, and circuit design.
  • Experience in silicon power measurement is a plus.
  • Experience in SOC power modeling, low power design, and power optimization is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to interface with various groups.
