Job Description:
Lockheed Martin is seeking passionate and innovative ASIC & FPGA Engineers to join their Silicon Solutions team within Lockheed Martin Space. This role involves supporting a wide range of programs and R&D efforts in military, civil, and commercial space, as well as missile defense and deep space exploration.
Responsibilities:
- Support over 50 different programs and R&D efforts in microchip design.
- Contribute to technology development across various sectors including military space, civil space, and commercial space.
- Engage in the design, simulation, verification, validation, integration, and testing of ASIC and FPGA devices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering or related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Experience or coursework in FPGA and/or ASIC design.
- HDL programming experience with VHDL, Verilog, and/or SystemVerilog.
- US Citizenship required to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
Skills:
- Knowledge of digital design, development, and simulation.
- Experience in the ASIC/FPGA life cycle including architecture, design, and testing.
