ASIC Test Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Support all production activities to meet customer shipment expectations.
• Perform wafer tests (8” and 12”), wafer mapping, and final package tests across various devices.
• Document and prepare hardware and software tests for the introduction of new products to production.
• Utilize and expand testing systems, including 93K systems from Advantest, and define requirements for next-generation equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Computer Science (BSCS).
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in ASIC testing.
• Familiarity with 93K or similar test systems.
