Job Description:

Micron Technology is seeking a skilled professional to design, analyze, and implement digital circuits for memory products. The role involves developing innovative silicon-to-systems solutions and collaborating with global design and verification teams to optimize manufacturing functions, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement digital circuits for memory products.
  • Develop silicon-to-systems solutions from technology development to product validation.
  • Collaborate with design and verification teams to optimize manufacturing functions.
  • Contribute to new product opportunities through design, layout, and optimization of circuits.
  • Manage the layout process including floor-planning, placement, and routing.
  • Conduct static timing analysis and physical verification for chip designs.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in chip floor planning, placement, and routing.
  • Knowledge of static timing analysis using Tempus or Primetime.
  • Familiarity with Cadence or Synopsys tools for Place and Route.
  • Experience with physical verification tools like Mentor Calibre or Synopsys IC Validator.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tcl and Cshell for customized flow development.
  • Ability to modify existing scripts for design processes.
  • Strong analytical skills for circuit design and validation.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for global teamwork.
