Job Description:

NXP is seeking a motivated individual to join our digital design team as a recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field. This role involves contributing to various aspects of digital design, including implementation, verification, and documentation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to digital design activities including implementation, checks, simulations, and documentation.
  • Assist with coding, reviewing, and debugging digital logic under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Collaborate with verification, physical design, and validation teams to facilitate project execution.
  • Maintain clear design records, test results, and technical documentation.
  • Promote engineering quality, learning, and teamwork throughout the development cycle.

Qualifications:

  • Recent Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or graduating soon) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related discipline, within the past two years.
  • Hands-on experience from lab work, design projects, internships, coursework, or student competitions is a plus.

Skills:

  • Familiarity with role-related engineering, design, verification, programming, or lab tools; willingness to learn quickly is essential.
  • Strong foundation in engineering fundamentals, problem solving, testing, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical ideas clearly.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
