FPGA Verification Engineer [Entry Level]

Responsibilities:

• Perform verification activities for embedded FPGA aerospace and defense systems, including artifact review and test case development.
• Collaborate with team members and project leadership to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance of FPGA verification artifacts with DO-254 and AC 20-152A objectives.
• Utilize various testing strategies such as simulation, integration, and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) environments.
• Implement hardware design in alignment with device-level requirements while maintaining traceability.
• Identify, isolate, and analyze verification findings effectively.
• Support verification efforts in alignment with schedules and quality objectives, communicating technical status to stakeholders.
• Adapt quickly to new challenges and learning opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and hardware design languages such as VHDL, Verilog, and SystemVerilog.
• Proficiency in Python and other scripting languages.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship is required, with dual citizenship to be disclosed.
• Willingness to travel up to two weeks per year.
