Responsibilities:
- Lead cleanroom assemblers and ensure compliance with quality standards (MIL-PRF-38534, MIL-PRF-38535, MIL-STD-883).
- Oversee advanced microelectronics assembly processes including wire bonding, die attach, and lid sealing.
- Familiarize and program advanced equipment such as Die Bonders and Wire bonders.
- Assemble custom packaging for various microelectronics formats.
- Train and certify new employees in cleanroom processes.
- Conduct QML Q and V level inspections on microelectronics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Product Engineering or a related field.
Skills:
- Experience with advanced packaging processes (QFP, TQFP, SOP, TSOP, etc.).
- Ability to work in full cleanroom gowning attire and maintain ESD awareness.
- Experience with DOE, SPC, and FMEA implementation.
- Curiosity-driven problem-solving approach in a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
