In this full-time position focused on RF Foundry Interface & Design Enablement, you will collaborate with internal design teams to optimize product performance, power, and area by translating key design metrics into actionable requirements for the foundry. Your contributions will directly impact the rapid delivery of functional products to millions of customers. You will lead cross-functional teams to tackle technology challenges, support local design teams with PDK components, and drive design methodologies that enhance reliability and yield. With a minimum of 10 years in semiconductor process R&D and manufacturing, you should possess a deep understanding of advanced CMOS processes and RF product characterization. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with a proven track record in delivering successful designs.
