Senior ASIC Design Engineer, Memory Controller

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior ASIC Design Engineer to join its Memory Controller team, focusing on innovative Memory Controllers for Tegra SoCs. This role offers the chance to impact various product lines, including consumer graphics, self-driving cars, and artificial intelligence, within a globally recognized technology company.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, software engineers, and circuit designers to deliver advanced Memory Controller solutions.
• Take responsibility for micro-architecture and design, including RTL design, synthesis, functional verification, and timing analysis.
• Utilize cutting-edge CAD tools and the latest process technologies in ASIC design.

Qualifications:

• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of proven ASIC design experience, particularly in DRAM memory and/or processor design.
• Extensive experience in micro-architecture and RTL development.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of Verilog or System Verilog.
• Experience with ASIC design flow stages including functional verification, emulation, synthesis, timing analysis, and power estimation.
• Programming skills in C and/or PERL/PYTHON.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
